No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales on our website are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian laws, which allow businesses to define their return and refund terms, provided they are clearly disclosed to customers prior to purchase.


Exception – Wrong or Defective Product Delivered

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers are entitled to a resolution if they receive:

  • A wrong product, or
  • A product that is defective, damaged, or not as described

Eligibility

To request a return or refund under this exception:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • You must provide valid proof (photos/videos) showing the issue

Return & Resolution Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and proof of issue
  2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions
  4. After inspection, we will offer one of the following remedies:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Full refund to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and product verification
  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor variations (color, size, design) that do not qualify as defects
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Important Legal Note

  • This policy does not override your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • In case of genuine grievances, customers retain the right to seek resolution through appropriate consumer dispute redressal authorities
